I’m an organization designer and leadership advisor who has spent the past decade helping executive teams rethink how work happens — how decisions get made, how teams coordinate, and how organizations evolve. For ten years as a Partner at The Ready, I led transformation work across global companies, coached senior leaders, and helped build modern, adaptive workplaces.
My perspective is shaped by a deep interest in personal development, meaningful work, philosophy, technology, and the power of deliberately cultivated attention. I write about these intersections on this website, on Medium, and in my newsletter, The Deliberate. I also continue to co-host The Ready’s podcast, At Work with The Ready, with thousands of regular listeners.
