I’m broadly interested in the intersection of personal development, organization design, technology, meaningful work, philosophy, and the power of deliberately cultivated attention. I write about those things in various places including this website, The Ready’s Medium publication, and a newsletter called The Deliberate. I do a podcast about the nature of work with my farmer brother and I co-host The Ready’s podcast, At Work with The Ready.
